Meet Amy

A San Diego native, Amy was raised on a steady diet of Mexican food and avocados in her hometown of Fallbrook. While her (obsessive) passion for baking lemon bars had always held a special place in her heart, it wasn’t until she became a single mom of twin boys that her hobby spurred into a reality. Stuck on the couch between diapers and feedings with only cable cooking shows to keep her sane, she decided to take her baking skills to the next level. A few cookbooks and a baking and pastry degree later, Amy launched Twin Treats.

Always perfecting her ever-perfect chocolate chip cookies and creating the unexpected confectionary delight, she pours a little bit of her soul into every dish she makes. Dessert table spreads are her jam, and the scientific artistry she puts into every cake will turn any box mix fan into a homemade, handcrafted convert. And nothing says “I love you” like a box of cupcakes. Trust us.
